I am a Certified Postpartum Doula and have supported over 50 families during their fourth trimester. Through this work, it has become my mission to help rewrite the narrative of the postpartum experience. My heart is to deeply support mothers while also training and empowering others around the world to do the same. After reaching millions through social media by sharing my work—and receiving daily messages from those inspired to follow this path—I knew it was time to create something more.
